Once again we arrive at this most wonderful of feasts, that celebrates God becoming Man, so that Man could once again share life with God. The birth of the Child Jesus in Bethlehem always gives us such great joy as together we celebrate God’s great love for mankind. Each year we are ever mindful of the joy that we should bring to the world, as indeed, Christ birth brought joy to all the world.
So come, all ye faithful, joy filled and triumphant as we celebrate our new born King. May I wish all of you and your families a very blessed and holy Christmas. May the Lord Jesus be welcomed into your homes and hearts and may His presence be always evident in our parish life of faith.
